Book Sale General Information
2025 Book Sale Dates:
Preview Sale for Friends Members- Wednesday, 6/4: 5 – 7:30 pm (check the rules here)
General Sale- Thursday, 6/5 : 10 AM – 7:30 pm
Friday & Saturday, 6/6 & 6/7: 10 am – 4:30 pm
Fill-a-Bag Sale- Sunday, 6/8: 11 am – 3 pm
The Friends of the Rocky Hill Library organize and run a major book sale at the beginning of the summer that is a major source of funding for the library. This book sale funds library programs and events, museum passes and a scholarship for a local high school senior. They also manage ongoing books sales located in both the Adult and Children’s areas. Donations Needed!The Friends accept donations year round of the following GENTLY USED items:
Adult & Children’s Books * Recent Textbooks* Magazines *
DVDs & CDs* Vinyl Records* Games & Puzzles
Donations in poor condition, VHS & cassette tapes and encyclopedias will not be accepted.
Donations should be brought inside the library during regular library hours.
