On Wednesday February 4, Connecticut Attorney General William Tong sent a letter to J.R.K. Property Holdings and J.R.K. Residential Group, the owners of the Concierge Appartments.
Tong’s demands were that Concierge:
On Thursday February 5, a lawyer representing Concierge sent a response to A.G. Tong, State Senator Matt Lesser, and State Representative Kerry Wood.
The lawyer states that:
The lawyer expects rental insurance to cover damages. On a “case-by-case basis” the owners are willing to work with tenants if insurance declines.
