At 3:42pm on Thursday, February 19, residents of Concierge building 200 received an email saying “Building B has passed all inspections and is ready for you to return home”. The email was forwarded by a resident of building 200.
The email comes a day later than previously signaled by Concierge, as the management struggled to complete the required paperwork.
Building 200 is the third building to be cleared for residence by the Rocky Hill building inspector and fire marshall. Residents of buildings 100 and 300 are still residing in hotels, with a projected repair date of Feburary 27 and March 6, respectively.
A resident who had returned to Concierge shared a picture of asbestos treatment in Building 100:

Concierge residents have continued to raise awareness about their condition and the status of the buildings. A number participated in public comment in the Tuesday night Town Council meeting, reporting concerns around asbestos and blank mold. Some residents have circulated a petition calling for Concierge to provide clear communication, safe living conditions, and services promised in their leasing agreements.
The message sent to building 200 residents reads:
Residents of Building B (200),
We are excited to announce that Building B has passed all inspections and is ready for you to return home! We are ecstatic to have you all back.
Please note, as we continue to make repairs, there are a few things we need your cooperation with:
- The garages and carports cannot be used to enter the building, nor can they be used for parking. The garage and carport areas can only be used for emergency egress.
- Do not use the exit doors for entry into the building. Please enter through the lobbies.
- Do not go under or through the barricaded tarps under the building. Those areas can only be used for emergency egress while repairs are still underway.
Please let us treat you to a welcome back dinner tomorrow night. We will have a complimentary food truck and more details will go out tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Concierge Rocky Hill Management
